Skaal is a brand that provides natural solutions to the daily problems of the average person. We are against every side effect that unnatural remedies offer. Our products are clean, our packaging is recyclable, and our subscribe and save program removes the guess work in the replenishment process.

Where are your products made? Closed Arrow
Our products are distributed by The Nordisk, the company responsible for the Skaal brand. Our factory is a GMPC certified factory with experience in the R&D, we are manufacture and marketing of various of skin care and health products. Our factory is certified by GMPC, ISO22716 and we have attained SGS , FDA Certificates. we have passed BSCI and SEDEX social responsibility audit too. To meet our high level customers’ requirements, all our formulas and materials used meet EU and FDA regulations, materials used are all with associated reports as MSDS, COA, and TDS.

Orders

Where can I find my order confirmation & shipping confirmation email(s)? Open Arrow
Check your inbox (and maybe your spam folder!). We process your confirmation email immediately upon receiving your order, and shipping confirmation emails are sent the moment your order leaves our shipping center.
How can I check the status of my order / track my shipment? Closed Arrow
Refer to the confirmation or shipping emails you received.
When can I expect my order? Closed Arrow
For orders placed in the United States or Europe, you can expect your parcel within 8-15 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. For orders placed in other places, you can expect your parcel within 13-22 business days.

All the major ones: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most U.S. debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay.

Returns

Do you have a returns policy? Open Arrow
Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return: Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
How long do I have to return my Skaal? Closed Arrow
We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Can I return my order for a refund? Closed Arrow
Sadly, we know that sometimes the Skaal is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your Oodie to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.
Do I have to pay for returns? Closed Arrow
Yes, all shipments are sent to our headquarters in Brazil.
How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed? Closed Arrow
We are working hard behind the scenes to get the Skaal in and out of our fulfilment centres. We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed? Closed Arrow
We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our Skaal team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
I need to cancel or change my order! Closed Arrow
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process. As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

Gone are the days of carrier pigeons and smoke signals – emailing us is the way to go! Our email contact is help@skaal.me. This also allows us to keep a paper trail for your issue so we can help you as best we can. We answer emails from São Paulo, Brazil, so we can sometimes have some slight delays in response time. We’re only human, so please be patient and we are working as quickly as possible to get back to you. We promise we won’t leave you on ‘read’!

Our Skaal HQ and Customer Service team are located in São Paulo, Brazil. Your Skaal starts its journey out into the wide world from our multiple fulfilment centres across the word – they love to get those frequent flyer points. *Please note: Our Skaal HQ is not a retail store and we hold no stock there, and we are unable to offer collection at any of our fulfilment centres.
